Quotes are based on the information you provide, including inventory, addresses, access and dates. If those details change materially, the price may be revised and we will tell you before proceeding. Quotes are free and place you under no obligation.

A move is confirmed once you accept the written quote and we confirm the date. Please make sure parking, lifts and access are available at both properties, and tell us about restrictions in advance.

Let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. We will always try to move your booking to another date. Charges for late cancellation, where they apply, are set out in your written quote.

Please tell us in advance about fragile, high-value or unusual items so we can plan the right handling. We do not transport hazardous, illegal or perishable goods.

Our liability is limited as permitted by law and as set out in your written quote. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Payment terms are stated in your written quote. Please raise any query about your invoice with us as soon as possible.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Please note this page is a general summary; the binding terms for your move are the ones agreed in your written quote.
