We use your information to prepare and send your quote, to answer your enquiry, to arrange and carry out your move, and to keep records required for our business. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We do not sell your information. We only share it where necessary to deliver your move, for example with a trusted partner assisting on your move, or where we are required to do so by law.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for as long as required for the move and our legal and accounting obligations.
